For the Record brings together over 200 album covers, highlighting the central role photography plays in defining artists and bands. We have decided to take a mainstream rap music song and use a modern rap feel to our product. For the Record: Photography & the Art of the Album Cover celebrates the unique ‘object d’art’ that is the Album Cover and reflects upon its role in shaping and making artists both in front of and behind the camera.

In July 1969 the album was rescheduled for September 1969, to appear together with the planned TV special and theatrical film about the recording of the album.
It was intended for release in July 1969 under the title of GET BACK with Don’t Let Me Down and 9 other songs.

I often wonder what would have happened if the Beatles hadn't of broken up on April 10,1970 what would their next album after "Let It Be" sound like? I think Paul would have contributed his signature pop songs with George and John bringing more of a serious and reflective tone. The makers of this will also use this to attract male gaze (Laura Mulvey 1975). Promotional copies were made, including a full cover art.
